Unable to create free instance after sign up

Dear team,

When i click to request instance, its showing an error in instance status that fulfilling request "CANCEL".

I also attached screen shot of this error.

 

Please help to resolve this issue. Thanks

what error are you seeing? I don't think that's an error.

 

It might take a few minutes to provide the instance to you

Hi @ShabirK 

As per the screenshot, your instance is waking up—please wait. Please remember, there is no support for PDI, which means if it doesn’t wake up soon, waiting is the only option.

 as @Dr Atul G- LNG mentioned, it seems that from you screenshot that your instance is initiating startup - has the issue been resolved since your post?

Hi @ShabirK,

You will get an email when your new PDI is ready. It takes a while to set up. Be on lookout for emails from ServiceNow Development Program.
