exported update set from one instance. imported to another instance but facing error while previewing

You need to fix the errors in the Update Set; this is expected if there are conflicts in the files. Go to the error related list in the same record and take action on these four errors.

Retrieve completed update set is running error free, but post that I am not getting option of commit

until all errors are resolved you will not get option to Committ.
