Unable to insert line breaks in the Sidebar

We are using Microsoft Teams integration in the Sidebar to communicate with users.
Sometimes we need to send long messages, and we would like to use line breaks.
However, it is not possible to send messages with line breaks from the Sidebar.

How can we enable line breaks in the Sidebar?

Try Shift + Enter. It should work.

Did you try copy pasting the content with line breaks? Is that line break stays when you copy paste or wiped out?

Make sure your "shift" buttons are working. Because it works good in my PDI.
