Unable to schedule a upgrade

Hi Team,

 

When we are trying to schedule an upgrade(using the button in the portal), the system is redirecting to suport.servicenow.com. However, it says "Sorry, you cant login with this service now ID" - <not_authorized.do page in the URL>

 

Can you please let us know whom to reach out or config changes needed at my end.

2 things

 

  • Create a new support case to check if this can be done, or if it's from the customer’s side, try to schedule the upgrade.

  • Reach out to your ServiceNow account manager, as they can assist you with this.
