Unable to upgrade PDI from Zurich patch 6 to Australia Release Candidate 3

Is anyone else having trouble upgrading PDI from Zurich to Australia ? I tried multiple times and it fails. The email I receive almost instantly says "You recently requested your personal development instance: dev9999x to be upgraded to Australia Release Candidate 3. Unfortunately this action has taken longer than expected or failed. The ServiceNow developer team has been notified of the issue and is working towards a solution.

You have two options: wait a while longer or release the instance and request a new one. If you have waited for more than 24 hours, please release your instance and request a new one"

Hi @DineshSankar 

I did it earlier and didn’t face any issues, so you can try the same. First, refresh your PDI from the developer site and then request an upgrade. If you still face issues, it’s better to release the current one and request a fresh Australia instance. If you end up on a waiting list, then you can choose the Zurich version and upgrade it to the latest release.
