Hi Community,
We recently upgraded from Jakarta to London. Mid server upgrade failed with below message
Aborting MID Server upgrade due to pre-upgrade check failure: Unable to download updates from install serve
MID Server currently has 1 unresolved issue(s). Please address issues located below within the MID Server Issues table.

After London, your MID Servers should attempt to pull the upgrade files through the instance instead of install.service-now.com. I found some instances do not add the mid.download.through.instance System Property (true/false) when upgrading to London, and need to have it added manually. Then, the MIDs will pull the install files through the instance, which should resolve the issue.
Additionally, you can review the log in ./agent/logs/agent0.log for specific errors happening on the MID host.
