upgrade from Utah to Washington

I want to upgrade from Utah to Washington, and now I'm doing pre-upgrade impact research. I would like to ask if in the release note, if the situation is as below, do I only need to consider the content of Washington or Vancouver+Washington?

Hi there,

On the Docs site, you can select upgrading from Utah to Washington (instead of Vancouver to Washington). The appropriate Release Notes will then be shown. So you should not have to worry than about something like above.

If you're upgrading from Utah to Washington, then you need sider the release notes covering upgrade from Utah to Washington and not "just" Vancouver to Washington.
