Upgraded PDI WDC > Xanadu - app navigator doesn't work

Hello,
I upgraded my pdi to Xanadu P1, and the search on the App Navigator doesn't function any more - is that expected?

Thanks Atul for replying - I have tried that (a few times 🙂 ), with no effect.  Have also tried a /cache.do 
Also noticed there are no entries under the 'Admin' menu either. 
not sure whats going on here - a little inconvenient to say the least!

Look like the upgrade is not done successfully.  Actually there is is some issues and many of us not able to upgrade to Patch 1. Only option take a new instance or go without search.
