Record information missing post upgrade yokohoma patch2

Since we upgraded Yokohama patch 2, the Service Desk team no longer has the ability to see/use the Requester Information tab in the contextual side panel section in the SOW. I have followed the step to activate it

--  All navigator menu go to Service Operations Workspace -> Configurations -> Initial Setup -> Contextual Side Panel.  Then check Requester information from the list and click Activate.       

 

However, it is not getting displayed and rest of the side panel tabs are working on activation/deactivation. Can anyone suggest a solution or workaround to fix the issue?

 

I have tested the same in my PDI and looks like its an issue from the servicenow side.

Then log a case with NowSupport asap so they can fix it. Looking at the currently available patches, patch 2 isn't even available anymore. Patch 2, hot fix 2 and Patch 3 are available. You could try upgrading your non PROD to patch 3 and see if that resolves the issue.
