Validate Outbound Email step is skipped while running ATF in Zurich Upgrade even user has necessary access to run ATF.

One question.

Was your client test runner up and running?

Because I face this error only if I close the laptop in between run or it exceed the run time.

Hi @Shaqeel  

I was running the in cloud runner and even tried with new client test runner, but still it failing on same step. When the same I tried in Xanadu patch 9a, it was successful.

Hi @subhashjha,

The Validate Outbound Email step was skipped because ATF detected a failure in a previous step. ATF automatically skips dependent steps when an earlier step does not meet the expected condition. This is not related to access. Please review the earlier steps in the test to identify and fix the root cause so that the email validation step can run successfully.

Hi @M Iftikhar 

The previous step is success as it is just a click on UI action, also when I ran the script in Xanadu patch9a it worked fine, but same failed in Zurich.
