When accessing a Change record in Service Operations Workspace, the user encounters the following error: illegal access to private script include ChangeUtils in scope rhino.global being called from scope sn_sow_chg
I don't believe we experienced this during testing in the lower environments; what is the reason this error generated and how to resolve?
