The VA topics are working as expected in the dev instance. We moved 4 VA topics to the test instance — all are functioning correctly except for the 'Password Reset' topic(this will submit the ritm record). This specific VA topic is not being picked up in the test environment, and the error mentioned above is appearing.Not able to figure out the issue

Also test that topic in Preview mode and see if any error in logs
