Problem regarding the view

Hi all, I have a problem with SN email processing the watermark in an email.

 

After I have completed the upgrade from Yokohama to Zurich, I retest my processes but I noticed one process involving email wasn't executing correctly.

When SN receive an inbound email, it failed to process the watermark and when straight to the Case/Incidnet number in the subject.

I have checked the watermark in the email to the [sys_watermark] table and there was a record and it was referencing the correct case.

 

This happens after the Zurich upgrade, I have the old instance on Yokohama for testing and it works as expected. I suspect it might involve something with the ACL or inbound email action, beside that I don't know where else to begin looking.
