"There is no official announcement yet. Yokohama is currently the latest version, so until Zurich is released, you can continue using it. Based on my latest understanding, ServiceNow supports N-1 releases, which means Yokohama should be supported until around mid-2026. However, you should always refer to official ServiceNow documentation for the most accurate End of Life (EOL) information.

- Current Release:As of the time of the question (June 19, 2025), Yokohama is the current release.
- Future Releases:ServiceNow typically releases two major versions per year. The next version, Zurich, is expected in Q3 or Q4 of 2025.
- End-of-Life:ServiceNow has an End-of-Life (EOL) program for older, unsupported releases. However, the EOL date for Yokohama is not yet specified.
- Support Status:While Yokohama is the current release, ServiceNow will eventually reach its end-of-life, and customers on older versions may need to upgrade.
