Why is the ServiceNow Australia release is not upgrading in my PDI?

could you possibly share some context? How long have you been waiting etc?
PDIs are without support, so either wait more or release that instance and request a new one from:
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance

Hi @chbrb66 , Are you facing any error? Is there any error message that is being shown?
If not then this is very usual as there are lot of users that have applied for the upgrade PDI, The usual estimated time for upgrade to be complete was 8 hrs. But it is taking more than that.
Meanwhile we can just wait as ServiceNow has stopped giving support for PDI regarding issues.
