For developer using the Xanadu instance, does it currently say that your instance is hibernating even though it has been active? Furthermore, when I try to wake it up it consistently errors to "Instance is Hibernating, please use the 'wake up' action in the action menu to wake it up"

Hi @rishisinha,
several people already reported it in last days, just wait a bit and retry later, it will be awaken up.
The PDI is free capacity so the response is not the fastest and sometimes is unstable but we can test and learn from it.
Give it another go and if it is not awake for long time, try to release the instance and request a new one (unless you have there some progress to backup)

Also, the more you use it the faster it can be ready. I have my PDI since February this year and I had never a single problem waking it up.. you have to do it at least once in two days, so maybe after weekend it can take a litle longer..
Let me know if the issue is not resolved within an hour maximum

Hi @rishisinha
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should automatically come online again after some time
- If you get tired of waiting, release you instance and request a fresh installation. Notice, all development work that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good.
