Xanadu Developer Site Down?

For developer using the Xanadu instance, does it currently say that your instance is hibernating even though it has been active? Furthermore, when I try to wake it up it consistently errors to "Instance is Hibernating, please use the 'wake up' action in the action menu to wake it up"

Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Hi @rishisinha ,

Maximum days the PDI can be left inactive is 10 days, after that it is reclaimed.

If you're experiencing issues with your PDI, here are some important points to keep in mind:

  1. Support Limitations: PDIs do not have official support, so the community cannot retrieve or recover your instance.

  2. Instance Reset Option: You can release your current instance and request a new one, but this will erase all previous data.

To prevent data loss in the future, consider regularly backing up your PDI, especially for critical update sets.

Hope this helps!
