Zurich upgrade - Noticed Software Asset Workspace widgets not return values

1.Navigate to Workspace -Open --Software Asset Workspace

2.Click on icon named Licence Usage

3.Under Reports -Click on Software product lifecycle report and see the issue that no records display in the list

4.Now Click on Home icon >Check End of life Products is missing reports data

5.Click On Software Asset Analytics>Lifecycle management missing data for reports

Above behavior observed after Zurich upgrade (patch 7) and Yokohama version working fine

Hi @Soma Nadarajah 

 

Verify that the Software Asset Workspace store application is updated to the required version (e.g., 11.0.1 or later for certain SAM SaaS integrations) in your instance.

 

You may need to repair or upgrade the plugin via the ServiceNow Store or the application manager in your instance.
