Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Real Life Demo

We currently own HAM and we are looking to see an actually implemented demo of it from someone working in Higher Education.  Our SNOW resource did provide something but we feel like it was too canned and did not make us understand the possibilities.

If you haven't done this already, I would typically suggest reaching out to your ServiceNow Account Manager and ask them to put you in touch with another customer in the same space (higher education).

We implemented HAM and also implemented all ServiceNow HAM workflows for Asset lifecycles (Procurement, Loaner, Transfer order, RMA order, Disposal, Refresh and Asset reclaim) and Mobile agent app for inventory audit. can you elaborate any particular topic you are looking for, will be happy to answer.
