Yesterday at Knowledge was a whirlwind of innovation and inspiration. CJ Desai kicked off the day with highly engaging demos of Now Assist. He left the audience in awe, especially when demonstrating the integration with Microsoft Copilot. This collaboration between two AI powerhouses showcased ServiceNow users' immense productivity potential. Roman Bercot, the Now Assist Product Designer leading the effort, couldn't have been prouder of the impact it made.
Speaking of GenAI, our Now Assist Product Design leaders Tami McBride and Jorg Deckerhibbel invited customers to interact with Now Assist in a live instance. This was during their workshop, Driving GenAI at scale with ServiceNow. Tami noted that attendees greatly appreciated this hands-on experience since many had not yet explored Now Assist firsthand. We're confident it will drive upgrades across the board.
Cathrin Anderson, Sr. UX Researcher, captivated her audience with a session on Best practices to drive deflection with GenAI from an end-user perspective. She shared practical tips on how GenAI can reduce workload and deftly answered insightful questions from an engaged crowd.
Meanwhile, Brittney Jimerson, Lead UX Research Strategist, explored how UX Research has transformed the Employee Center experience at Wells Fargo. In her interview, she shared her wealth of expertise, helping the audience grasp how investing in UX research saves Wells Fargo time and money in the long run.
Collyn Cooper, Sr. UX Researcher, took the audience beyond personas with her session on Beyond personas: developing holistic frameworks to personalize user solutions. It's clear that our customers are eager to deepen their understanding of their users and apply this knowledge to create tailored solutions.
Beyond the UX Academy's happenings, Viola Davis left her audience captivated with her keynote, Opening Doors and Shattering Ceilings. Paul Hong, VP Design, and Brittney Jimerson were particularly inspired by her advice: "Let the younger versions of yourself fuel the fire that inspires the impact you leave on the world." Davis shared how her challenging upbringing motivated her to give back by providing books and food to low-income schools.
Another highlight was Neha Kale's encounter with Bill McDermott. She met the man himself, who kindly offered to sign her husband's copy of his book.
While we can't cover every talk, catch the exciting sessions today. Don't miss out on saying hi to the EX organization at the UX Academy and signing up for an 'Ask the Experience Pros' session. Whether you're sharing or receiving feedback, we'd love to chat with you!
