Hey all,
ServiceNow has a vast number of training courses. I was wondering if there are any specific courses you could recommend for UX designers. Is there a learning path you recommend? Especially around the topic of taxonomy and EC Pro widgets and other ServiceNow offerings.

Hello @lindocafe there is a UX for ServiceNow learning path on Now Learning. It covers UX principles rather than platform specific funcitonality like widget development or taxonomy management. The "Organizing your Content Leading Practices" section of the UX courses will have relevant taxonomy UX tips as well.
There is the EC Academy here on Community that is a great resource for EC specific content.
Also, since EC is built on Service Portal, any of the Service Portal courses would be valuable to complete.
