The expected slowdown never arrived on Thursday, the final day of Knowledge. Instead, attendees were eager to absorb as much as possible, engaging deeply in sessions and discussions. At the Ask an Experience Pro sessions, conversations buzzed around portals and workspace usability, showcasing our attendees' unwavering interest and dedication.
Pilar Bianchi from UX Research and George Hu, Principal Product Designer, captured a full audience eager to explore flexible templates in configurable workspaces. Their session provided valuable insights into optimizing work environments that adapt to user needs, reflecting ServiceNow's innovative spirit.
The workshop led by James Goldman, Content Strategy Principal, and Sandeep Samuel Medikonda, Sr. Business Analytics Manager, stood out. They delved into crafting effective prompts for the ServiceNow LLM Model, a session so engaging that attendees were snapping photos and taking notes fervently.
The day's highlight was the engaging conversation between Nick Tzitzon and notable personalities Dan Levy and John Batiste. Their discussion on driving business growth through creativity left the audience inspired and ready to infuse innovative thinking into their practices.
The day concluded with a beautiful evening at the Wynn Hotel’s garden, where attendees enjoyed cocktails, delicious food, and a stunning view of the Sphere. The night was made unforgettable by a lively performance from Pitbull, whose energy and charisma, alongside his talented band and dancers, perfectly capped off the conference.
This year’s Knowledge was unforgettable, filled with learning, inspiration, and community. We in the ServiceNow Experience team extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended and participated in our sessions and Ask the Experience Pro. We're excited to see you all again next year, ready for more insights, innovation, and interaction!
