From a design perspective, this is not a single component, but what one might call a molecule (made up of several atomic components). It has a header component, some input components, and a button component.
Without seeing the page it’s from, I don’t have full context, but I am pretty sure it’s from the CoreUI app framework. You should be able to find it in the related library. For more, checkout https://horizon.servicenow.com.

Hey AJ, thanks for answering.
In fact, that is a widget inside Employee Center, I am not aware if its custom or not.
It's certainly based on the Search Bar -> Search widget which is on the Employee Center -> Components and Styles library.
Is this molecule available out of the box or should I design a new component?
Best regards,
Márcio

In the Employee Center –> Templates figma file, you can navigate to the "Topic page" page in the Page Navigator and you'll see the out of the box setup for the topic page filter and sort controls. It looks like you have an enhancement that adds the search field to the container. I am asking around to see if that is something from ServiceNow, or something unique on your instance.
This is from Figma:
