When launching the asset lookup function on the Agent app, the camera activates but it does not recognize any barcodes until you tap the asset tag field and then the scanner icon. Is this normal behavior? Thanks in advance for your help.
When I try to create a new stock rule in my PDI the parent stockroom list does not display any stockrooms despite there being multiple stockrooms already created in the instance. Any suggestions?
Any update on this? Seems counterproductive to have this be a mobile only function. We need a way to perform these audits in the full interface with a standard Zebra barcode scanner connected to a laptop or mobile workstation in our warehouse.
That makes no sense as to why it would be excluded from the PDI. How are we supposed to test and learn? I can't seem to find the Stock Rule Runner job in the Scheduled Jobs list either.
So, it appears that you must have a quantity of the item in another stockroom to create the rule. Not sure why that would matter. What if your parent stockroom is out of stock when the job runs?
we are reviewing our CI Hardware statuses/substatuses and the sync between Asset states/substates. Most of our workflows use the CI Hardware status/substatus. Our field techs only reference the CI tables when looking up or updating a device.
