@KMNichols - Yes. That's exactly what I've done. I have a number of custom approval steps that I use for different things.

I raised a ticket with ServiceNow about this. The issue apparently is that I wasn't including all the mandatory fields in the item payloads. "Avatar" is apparently mandatory and had to be included. When I changed my array item to included, it worked....

@Phil Am I right in thinking though the remote journal stuff is only application to Remote Task Definitions? It isn't applied to remote catalog items that have been published to Service Bridge. At least I've not been able to configure it for that. Se...
