Access Dom in email script

Namaste!

i was working on an email notification in which i want is that i have two anchor tags one for approve and one for reject i want is that when i click on buttons the requested record gets approved or reject so can anyone tell me how can i use onclick in email script i tried but its always running regardless i click or not on the button.

not possible, users can approve in only 2 ways

1) click that link or button and it opens that approval record in instance and they click Approve/Reject

OR

2) reply to that email and inbound action will process and mark the approval as approve or reject
