I am having requirement to create SLAs based on approval levels .  I am able to attach SLAs using flow designer however, I am not able to select approver's timezone in SLA definition as there is no OOB option available to select approver's timezone

Can anyone help me on this?

Are you trying to add SLAs to the approval? They way SLAs work is that they start based on the start conditions and will display to the user in there time zone.

What is the SLA for?

Yes, I am trying to add SLA for approver, start condition when approval is requested for approaver1 and end condition should be when request is approved or rejected.

I wanted to configure SLA based on approver's timezone

I don't think that it is possible to start a SLA based on Time zone. It is based on the system time zone and is translated to the users time zone if they look at it. Also unless ServiceNow has made a change you can only put SLAs against records extended from the task table.
