Add Section In Home Page

Hi Team,

I want to edit the homepage for one particular user and have to add an approval section to that. The URL of the homepage is -'https://instance-name.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/home'

the homepage looks like this-

I am not able to find where the page and its widget are configured to add an extra widget.Any help will be appreciated.
