Additional Comments empty on filter condition

Hi 

 

i am trying to create a report in servicenow where in for incidents which are on hold and additional comments are not updated for the past 2 days.

I am trying to filter for "additional comments" in the condition field i am unable to do so can someone help me please

that's because comments are stored in sys_journal_field table

check this

Report to show tickets where additional comments not updates in x number of days
