Hi everyone,
In a Zurich instance, noticed that after a Virtual Agent conversation ends, the following message is displayed:
"All done! Is there anything else I can help you with?"
"How was your chat? Give Feedback"
I have already verified that:
Response Feedback is disabled.
Enhanced Chat is not enabled.
I still see the "How was your chat? Give Feedback" prompt after the conversation ends.
Could anyone help me understand:
Where is this "How was your chat? Give Feedback" prompt configured?
Is it an OOB feature in Zurich?
Is there a system property or another configuration that controls its visibility?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
Regards,
Abhilasha

Hi @Gangadhar Ravi ,
Thanks for your reply.
I just want to deactivate the following two OOB Virtual Agent conversation end messages:
- "All done! Is there anything else I can help you with?"
- "How was your chat? Give Feedback"
Do you have any idea where I can disable these?

Check with these steps:
Refer: KB2083634 Disabling "It seems you have left the conversation" message
Resolution
1. Navigate to All > Conversational Interfaces > Settings.
2. Scroll down to see "System Messages".
3. Click on "view all".
4. Open the message with name - com.glide.cs.conversation_faulted_reason.
now/conversation/settings/record/sys_properties/9f0f680b5f200010a1162115a3731362
5. Update the value of record as per your requirement.
6. Save it and re-verify the issue.
