Agent has experienced logging off issue from CSM/FSM workspace while navigating through it.

Just navigating doesn't make any calls to the server (you are not actually switching pages/records). If the login timer is set to only a few minutes, it will happen that without any server calls, the system decides that you have been inactive.
This means that you either need to update the system property to keep people logged in longer, or have them not just navigate, but also work on the system.

Thank you for your response! Maybe I don't explained the situation very well. The user not only navigate through the workspace, but he also works on a case and made some changes on the from. So in this case there are "server calls".

In that case try to reproduce it and create a video of it. Create a case with NowSupport and urge them to check on it immediately, so they logs are still there. It could be that something is corrupt with the user profile (something you can't see yourself), or maybe there is some customization on the workspace that is causing this.
