Hi All,
Several teams have created multiple workflows by cloning the out-of-the-box (OOB) agentic workflow. We’d like to deactivate those that are no longer needed. Could you please advise on how to deactivate Agentic Workflows?
Thanks.

You cannot deactivate agentic workflows using a simple active flag. The correct way to stop them from running is to control how they are triggered and exposed. You should remove or disable any triggers configured on the use case so the workflow is no longer invoked. Also turn off its visibility in experiences like the Now Assist panel by updating the display settings and roles.
Once triggers are removed and the use case is no longer exposed, the workflow will effectively be inactive.
