Hello,

 

I have virtual_agent_admin and nlu_admin roles. Prior to being given read-only admin access (temporarily), I was able to edit topics. After admin access was removed, every topic I click on gives me this message:

 

Prebuilt topic blocks are read-only. To customize for your own use, please first duplicate it.

 

My SN administrator assures me he made no other changes to my account. I raised a ticket with SN, but they haven't been able to help yet.

 

Even if I duplicate a topic, the resulting duplicate gives me the same message.


Has anyone else seen this before?
