Alternate of Field Watcher in next experience UI

Good Day!!

As I know that Field Watcher option is not available in Next Experience UI versions, Can any one let us know if there is any alternate feature developed in Next Experience UI by ServiceNow?

I will never forgive ServiceNow for this and it still isn't equivalent in Zurich!!!! 🤣
