Anyone knows if Now Assist will replace Virtual Agent as wel know

Hi there,

ServiceNow is a lot of promoting of the upcoming GenAi Now Assist in Search. I was wondering if someone knows if ServiceNow roadmap is to replace current Virtual Agent (based on flows / NLU etc.) by the Now Assist. So that not all topics, conversations etc have to be configured (similar like chatgpt).

 

Does anyone have the answer. Just want to avoid we are going to do a big investment as the system maybe near soon very smart and can do the conversations by itself without configure all the conversations flows by Topic.
