API for Picture

Hi all,

 

I am new to these Rest API topics. I just want to understand this requirement and someone to guide.

 

Requirement :  user ID card image will be updated in People Platform and O365, going forward if user has agreed to make it visible to other systems. As the final ID card order is done from Service now, please make an API call on the final submission of ID card request. 

 

There is form for raising ordering ID card. And there is link to upload the ID card picture, which takes to share point. This is where the consent check box is present. My TL also shared some JSON but i'm not allowed to post. Please do help from scratch.
