Approval need to trigger based on imapcted CI/services group

Hello,

Can anyone please help me on this.

In the change request if we see in related list tab there will impacted ci/servicestab. If user will add any configuration item the approval should get trigger to support group of the ci.

Need to design in flow designer.

Can anyone please help me on this.

In the Flow designer, apply the conditions (e.g. record is created / updated or both) and then select action "Ask for approval" and to the approval groups you can use the data pills on the right side.

Thank you for the input.But related list tab will not come in the data pill. That's the reason I am not getting how to do.
