Assigned to read only

Hello, 
Is it possible to allow modifying the (assigned_to) field on the requested item form ( sc_req_item) before approving the ticket ( state is request approval ) ? 
the field is read only until the ticket is approved?

Hi @ammar_k , Can you share some screenshots? OOTB assigned_to field in 'sc_req_item' is editable by default. Screenshot 2025-04-25 145318.png

Did someone add any customization for this to make it read-only till ticket is approved?

if yes then you need to search that and tweak there.
