Assignee availability

Hi

 

I'm relatively new to ServiceNow. Other ITSM tools I have used, have had the ability for assignees / technicians to mark themselves unavailable (leave, projects, sick etc).

Having looked into within ServiceNow (Xanadu), using #ITSMPro module, I can't see how this can be done

 

Am I missing something?

OOTB, you cannot mark assignee availabilty from incident record.

What you can do is, you can use Service Operation workspace for agents availabilty , where agents can mark their presence : https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-servicenow-platform/page/administer/advanced-work-as...

 

Also, use the concept of Configuring Advanced Work Assignment
