Autopoulate of costcenter not working

Hello All,

i am trying to autopulate the caller's costcenter in incident form .I am using BR for this purpose.

It works when the channel is phone(ie incident raised from the instance)

but does not work when the channel is email or self-service.(ie mail or SP).

Can anyone guide me please.

Try to change the conditions of the BR like below

Hi Mohan,

This does not work as well.

this should work when the user is raisning the incident from the Service Portal
