Bell Notifications Pop up is not showing on my Home Screen

Hello Community,
I just experiencing an issue in my instance whenever the Customer orders(sn_ind_tmt_orm) created from salesforce, I shall receive the Bell notifications like the below screenshot till yesterday it was working fine in the test environment but now even orders are creating but still am not receiving the notifications
Any inputs/suggestions would be greatly appreciated

so what changed from yesterday?
did you check the provider notification configured for this got updated?

1. Go to your user profile (sys_user) and ensure notification is enabled
OR
go to Preferences > Notifications, and ensure Allow Notifications is toggled on.
2. Review the "Who will receive" Tab in the notification
