Block selecting at some nodes in List Selector/Content Tree

Hi, 
In UI Builder I can use List Selector or Content Tree, but I have special requirement:

  • I want to block selecting items at Root elements

I am providing data to those components as Json and I can set any extra parameter, but I cannot find anything like "selectable".
