We have created new now assistant VA & given knowledge base as information source. functionality wise it working fine.
However, we are currently facing an issue related to branding customization. We are using the default branding settings, which provide options to modify the font style and font colors. Despite updating these settings and saving the changes, the selected font and color preferences are not being reflected in the chat window on the portal.
would be great if anyone help on this.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Vinay49 ,
Did you create any custom branding?
