Hi Team,
Is there an OOB way to hide catalog variables with a value of false from the approval record? Blank variables are already hidden, but Boolean variables showing false are still displayed.
This requirement applies only to specific catalog items. Has anyone implemented a solution for this?
Thanks.

Hi,
The above screenshot is from the My Tasks Approval page in Service Portal. The same issue can be reproduced on the sysapproval_approver record, so fixing it at the sysapproval_approver level should resolve the issue across both interfaces.
Thanks.

those variables are linked with RITM so you can't fix from Approval records
check my blog on how to handle this and then enhance

also check this
