Hello, I would like to clarify the support for Passkeys (FIDO2/WebAuthn) in ServiceNow. Can a Passkey generated from a Google account or a Microsoft account (Windows Hello / Entra ID) be registered and used directly as an MFA factor in ServiceNow login? Or are these Passkeys only usable when configuring Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) as the identity provider for SSO, with the authentication handled by the IdP? In short, I would like to know whether Google/Microsoft Passkeys can work as native ServiceNow MFA factors, or if they are supported only via SSO through the IdP.
