Can't chat VirtualAgent in Teams

I had chatted until yesterday, but I can no longer do it. I want to know the cause.
The portal tab next to you will be displayed properly. Just chat is not allowed... 😞

Check Teams App Permissions

Ask your Microsoft 365 / Teams admin to:

-Go to Teams Admin Center --- Teams apps --- Permission policies

-Confirm the ServiceNow Virtual Agent app is allowed for your user or group

It says that turning on upload custom apps will fix the problem.
But the chat was still connected until yesterday, so why?

Can you check with your Microsoft Teams administrator if there are any recent permissions or policy changes or updates as the error 'You cannot send messages to this bot' is specific to Teams issue rather than ServiceNow configuration.

It is possible they made some changes overnight that is impacting the chat. If it does not work, you can request your team to log a support case with Microsoft to resolve the issue.
