Can we restrict certain user accounts only to a particular cat_item in Service Portal,?

We have created user accounts (Virtual Acc) based on their Company and Country they are supporting thru a cat_item.
So user of this particular cat_item, will have two user accounts, AD one and newly created one Virtual acc.
Now when user selects, these virtual accounts also visible in every cat_item, inc, req, change everywhere.
How to make them invisible these accounts, except that cat_item.?

You will need to use a reference qualifier on all the user fields.

This will happen across the board. Hence I would need an ACL/Query-BR kind of solution.
Unfortunately wrong User account is selected for Inbound Email actions as well.

Hi @Rajkumar Sakth2,
I don't think you can get this to work dynamically with a Query BR based on the form you're on. An ACL is out of the question at all.
Only way I see this working is if you set the normal user as for example manager on these users (or a custom user reference field) and then in a Query BR, you only allow these users to see them. (If that meets your requirements)
That way only users connected to them will be able to select, making the margin of error smaller.

why would a user have 2 user profiles in sys_user?
