have you ever tried to find out why only some users are not able to see the captcha? You cannot always replace complete functionalities just because some users have issues. It might be rather extensive to replace the OOTB solution.
@Maik Skoddow could you please tell me how we can test , we want to do for the specific user by location . e.g. only user with "xyz " city not visible this .
Please advise me . how we can test this step by step .
