In my current instance ( van_cover), change request technical approvals are currently assigned to the assignment group. However, I'd like to modify this workflow so that approvals go to the support group members of all Configuration Items (CI) impacted by the change.
Is there a recommended way to achieve this functionality?
- Can approval workflows be configured to dynamically assign approvals based on the CI associated with a change request?
- Are there any plugins or scripts available on the snow store that can facilitate this change?
I've searched the community forums but haven't found a solution that directly addresses this scenario. Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
