Change Request - Undoing customizations and returning to OOB. Flow Activation Problem

One of the OOB flows, CHANGE - STANDARD - PROPOSAL, is inactive and I do not see a way to make it active. For testing, I copied it and was able to activate the copy... but that will not update properly with upgrades. How do I fix this?

If you are correct, the only option then is to copy and activate the copy... which is lame. Did you try a fix script to edit it directly?

No, I didn't try . I checked in my instance after saw your issue.I think we have to raise a case to support team to activate the flow.
